As a project manager and fabricator for several companies and initiatives (including the woodshops of Michael Hurwitz, the Philadelphia Museum of Art Conservation Department and a five-year stint as a Project Manager at Staack Moore Woodworking), Emily has executed a range of large-scale architectural woodworking and small-scale furniture pieces throughout Philadelphia and along the East Coast.

Through her work with the non-profit Tiny WPA, Emily led Building Heroes of all ages through the fabrication of custom-designed, commissioned pieces. Each project supported the empowerment and skills development of teens and adults in West Philadelphia.

Through the Philadelphia Museum of Art, Emily built historic frames for the Conservation Department.

Additionally, Emily has taken on her own projects and collaborations at NextFab in South Philadelphia.
